The private community
A members-only Facebook group with Maya, Jim, and the other operators. You can ask anything, including the basics. Confidential discussions, regular updates, supportive learning and growth.
For solopreneurs
Superpower Circle is a private community for freelancers and entrepreneurs who already know how to run a business – and want AI to be a real tool, not another thing to feel behind on.
We're here for the part you haven't done before, and know you should.
Maybe you've spent years building something – an agency, a practice, a consultancy, a freelance career, a service business that pays the bills and gives you the life you want. Or perhaps you're pivoting to something brand-new. But you don't need someone to explain what a customer is. You don't need a webinar on finding your niche.
What you need is a quiet place to figure out the AI and automations bit, with peers who get it, and two operators in the room who'll tell you what's actually working in their own businesses this week. Not what was working last year on YouTube, or the latest untested hype.
That's Solopreneur Superpowers Circle.
No grades. No homework. No "AI ninja" anything, or tech bro hype. Just fellow operators in a room, working it out.
A members-only Facebook group with Maya, Jim, and the other operators. You can ask anything, including the basics. Confidential discussions, regular updates, supportive learning and growth.
Prompts, frameworks, walkthroughs and resources you can use this week. Updated as we build. All the detail you need to put things to work in your own business.
Weekly write-ups of what we tried, what broke, what's worth your time.
You don't have to wait for a webinar, or book a private consult, you can just ask. It's not a real-time chatroom though — threads stay there, so you can come back to them when it suits you, and so can we.
No contract. Cancel any time. Workshop-graduate code accepted.
Maya has been working remotely since 1999 and self-employed for most of that. Journalist, podcaster, community-builder, and the founder of Remote Work Europe. She's published several books, including Remote Readiness for Jobseekers, and has been using AI tools since the early GPT-3 beta. She's not a developer. She's an operator who learned the AI stuff by using it on her own business, every day, and she's also an expert on distributed workflows generally (because not everything needs AI!).
Jim has been in tech for thirty years and at the AI end for the last few. He's taught kids to code, run security at a Swedish energy giant, written two books on computational thinking, and now helps operators integrate AI into the work they already do — instead of rebuilding from scratch.
Together they've been running face-to-face workshops and individual sessions with real freelancers, consultants, and small business operators – retailers, coaches, language-school owners, agency founders, creative freelancers – to understand what's actually holding people back from putting AI to work in their own businesses. Circle came out of those dialogues, where a clear need emerged for a low-cost, focused, and accessible way to learn and grow. It's where the conversation keeps going, because this is a fast-moving space, and people need somewhere to come to grips with it at their own speed.
Yes – if you bring the business, we bring the AI. Your technical level isn't the bar; we meet you wherever you're at with AI tools, however shaky or curious you're feeling. What we assume is that you already know how to run your own thing – your craft, your customers, your judgement, your bills. We're here for the bit you haven't done before, not for the bits you've had under your belt for years.
Yes, for the community side – and we know Facebook isn't everyone's favourite. We chose it because most of our members are already there every day for their own work and businesses, so we meet you where you already are. If the main feed isn't for you, Meta recently launched a standalone Groups app called Forum (iPhone first, US-rolling-out-wider) that gives you just your groups – no timeline, no ads, no algorithmic recommendations. And you don't have to use Meta AI for anything – the AI features are there if you want them, ignorable if you don't. The members area, resources, and walkthroughs all live on the website either way.
Yes. Email us and we'll send the founding-member code.
As much or as little as you want. We know how solo businesses operate – some weeks you have time to work on your systems, other times you're flat out working in them. We can help you fix that, whenever you have space to focus. Drop in for ten minutes a week, or live in the group. We're not measuring.
Any time. No clawback, no awkward email.
